Refund Policy

At One Hot Yoga, trading as Nippocrat, we want every client to feel confident about their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or credits may be issued for memberships, class packs and other studio services purchased through nippocrat.com or in person at our studio.

1. Class Pack Refunds

Class packs are sold as bundles of sessions at a discounted per-class rate. Because of this discounted pricing, class packs are generally non-refundable once the first class in the pack has been attended or the pack has been activated on your account.

If you have purchased a class pack but have not yet attended any sessions, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase. After this fourteen-day window, or once the first class has been used, no refund will be issued for remaining unused classes.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a significant injury or medical condition that prevents you from practising for an extended period — we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit note or extend the validity of your pack. Supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate, may be required.

2. Membership Cancellation

Recurring memberships (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) may be cancelled at any time by providing at least seven days' written notice before the next billing date. Notice should be sent to one@nippocrat.com. Once cancellation is processed, you will retain access to classes until the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund is provided for the remainder of that period.

If a payment is processed after you have submitted a valid cancellation request within the required notice period, we will refund the incorrectly charged amount in full within ten business days.

3. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, new memberships and class pack purchases made online or over the phone are subject to a cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not attended any classes during that time. To exercise this right, contact us at one@nippocrat.com within the cooling-off window.

Introductory or trial offers that are free of charge are not subject to the cooling-off provisions, as no payment has been made.

4. Workshops, Events and Private Sessions

Bookings for workshops, special events and private sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a future booking at our discretion. Transfers to a different participant are permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email one@nippocrat.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
  • The product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • Your purchase date and, if applicable, a receipt or order confirmation number.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within two business days and to process approved refunds within ten business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit on your statement.
