We recommend a large towel, a water bottle, and lightweight breathable clothing. Mats and props are provided at no extra charge, though you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
How warm is the heated studio?
Our hot yoga room is maintained at approximately 37 °C with controlled humidity. The radiant floor heating ensures an even temperature distribution without the stuffiness of forced-air systems.
Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Absolutely. We offer introductory trial packages that give you unlimited access for a set period, allowing you to explore different class styles and find the practice that resonates with you.
Is reformer pilates suitable for injury rehabilitation?
Yes. Our reformer classes are particularly beneficial for rehabilitation, as the spring-loaded resistance allows precise, low-impact muscle engagement. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider first and informing your instructor of any injuries.
What is your cancellation policy?
